How do I contact StarNet support
X-Win32 8 and later include a link in the tray menu to easily submit a bug or request support. You can contact StarNet Support by selecting either Help -> Submit Bug or Help -> Request Support from the X-Win32 tray icon menu. Contacting support in this way provides our support engineers with useful information, such as the exact version and build number of X-Win32 that you are using (e.g. 8.0.2085).
Alternatively, you can open a support case directly if you have an earlier version of X-Win32 or if X-Win32 fails to start for some reason:
