USX.xkb: Cant access. Using default keyboard.

If you receive the error below, then you have a US English keyboard but you have set your keyboard layout in Windows to US International (USX). The US International layout allows you to type additional symbols and accent (or dead) characters using the right Alt key as a sort of AltGr, as well as the quote and apostrophe keys.

X-Win32 7.1 and later include a USX.xkb file for the US International keyboard layout in Windows. If you upgrade to X-Win32 7.1 or later this message will go away.
