FPAbout X-Win32 Menus

This section describes the X-Win32 menus that can be accessed through the tray Icon: launch sessions, X-Config (configuration menu), Help menu. For information about invoking the X-Win32 icon, see Access X-Win32 Modules.

Launching Sessions Using Icon

Sessions that have been created can be activated from the X-Win32 icon on the tray. If no sessions were created, No Sessions will be displayed. Instructions follow.

  1. Left-click the X-Win32 icon.

  2. To view the available shared sessions, highlight Shared Sessions.

The available sessions will be displayed as shown below.

  1. To view the available private sessions, highlight My Sessions.

The available sessions will be displayed.

  1. To launch a session, highlight and select (click) the desired session. 

Configuration Menu

Selecting X-Config provides access to the configuration menu.

Screen Shot

Screen Shot is used to capture an image, which can be printed, saved, or copied to a clipboard.  For more information, see About Screen Shot.

Help Menu

The Help menu provides access to the items below.

 

Support Menu

The Support Menu provides access to the items below.

Activate Sessions Using Menu

Shared Sessions and My Sessions can be accessed through the menu, as shown below. To activate a session, highlight and select the desired session.

If sessions were not created, there will be no Sessions to display.

Shared Sessions

The example below shows a list of available Shared Sessions.

My Sessions

The example below shows a list of available My Sessions (private).

 

 If no sessions have been created, No Sessions will be shown instead, as illustrated below.
