AltGr not working on the French keyboard: FR.xkb

X-Win32 7.0 and earlier had several problems with the French keyboard layout file (FR.xkb), usually manifesting as the AltGr key (the right Alt key) not working. For example pressing AltGr+5 should result in [ (open square bracket), but it would result in ( (open paranthesis) in X-Win32 7.0 and earlier, which is the result same as pressing Shift+5.

The problems with the French keyboard layout file have been fixed in X-Win32 7.1 and later. X-Win32 8 includes an all new keyboard subsystem (now supporting the XKEYBOARD extension) in addition to fixing the AltGr key for several other languages, such as German.
