FastX 4 Disable Custom Session
By default, FastX installs with access to custom session by users. With custom session, users can start a session by inputting a command. Admins can disable and hide the Custom Session from users.

Solution #1
Using the GUI
Administrators can disable Custom Session by logging into the FastX GUI via a browser and going to the Admin settings. Then go to Users > Permissions. Under “Users (Limited Access)” check the box “Enable Limited Users” and uncheck the box “Start Session with Custom Command” and Save.

Solution #2
Edit File
Admins can edit the following file.
/etc/fastx/permissions.ini
Add or edit the following fields.
limited-user-enable=true
[limited-user-permissions.start]
custom=false

The Custom Session will not be displayed to the user in the session manager.

Note: Administrator and managers will still have the Custom
