Registering with Activation Key
Requirements
- FastX Activation Code
- Private Networks, please use License File instructions

Login as Admin and go to the Admin Settings
Hover mouse over the logo on the top right and click on the Admin setting icon.

Click on the + icon to add a license

Enter Activation Key and hit Next

Enter Host Id and hit Next
FastX should autodetect the Host Id. The following command will display the Host Id of the FastX host, if the Host Id does not display.
/usr/lib/fastx/5/rlm/rlmutil rlmhostidPlease use one Host Id if more than one displays.

Enter the number of licenses to register and hit Next
Default is “all”. This will register all licenses on the activation key.

Summary of license registration. Hit Submit.
Registering with Centralized License Server
Requirements
- FastX Server installed on the network or RLM license server installed on the network

Login as Admin and go to the Admin Settings
Hover mouse over the logo on the top right and click on the Admin setting icon.

Click on the + icon to add a license

Choose License Server from drop down and hit Submit
4
Enter Hostname or IP of the host of the license server and hit Submit
Port is defaulted to 5053.
Register with License File
Requirements

Login as Admin and go to the Admin Settings
Hover mouse over the logo on the top right and click on the Admin setting icon.

Click on the + icon to add a license

Choose License File from drop down

Click on the Choose button then Hit Submit
A file window will appear. Choose the desired FastX license file.
