Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA is not found and cannot be installed

Warning Message

Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA is not found and cannot be installed is only a warning. That library is used for enhanced security protection against a malicious user (who is already logged into the system) who somehow manages to crash the FastX web server and run his own.
