Configuration for admin users.  Options include

users

array of usernames that have admin privileges.  Admins can disconnect from, Connect to and Terminate other users’ sessions.

groups

array of groups on the system.  Users in these groups have admin privileges.  Admins can disconnect from, Connect to and Terminate other users’ sessions.
