Global LIVE Sessions

LIVE Sessions can be created for all users on the system making it simple for an administrator to define a set of sessions for all users to run.

Global Sessions are stored by default in /etc/xdg/StarNet/sessions/ or specified by the SystemSessionsDirectory in LIVE6.conf.

* LIVEServer 5 and below use LIVE.conf

To create a Global Session.

1. Create a LIVE Connection in X-Config
2. Make sure the User has write permissions in /etc/xdg/StarNet/sessions/
3. Launch the Connection to bring up the LIVE Session Browser
4. Click the Add Button
5. Create your LIVE Session
6. Click Save as Global
